Private shuttles are scheduled to run on time, and our providers work carefully to keep their drivers on a tight schedule, knowing that many passengers depend on them for flight connections and other important plans. If a shuttle is ever late, it is almost always due to circumstances outside the driver's control, such as traffic, road closures, or accidents. If you are concerned about timing, please contact us as early as possible so we can check on your ride.
Pickup is available from most hotels and hostels in the Montezuma & Tambor by land area, with drop-off in the Dominical area.
For private shuttles, your requested pickup time is what will be confirmed, barring any scheduling issues with our provider. If we can't confirm your requested pickup time, you'll have the opportunity to cancel before we confirm your reservation.
For groups of fewer than 12 passengers, you can typically expect a 12-passenger van with air conditioning. Depending on the size of your group and the amount of luggage, the vehicle may vary to accommodate larger groups. You can request more details from the transportation provider after your reservation has been confirmed.
