The Rising Heart Yoga 300-hour teacher training exceeded every expectation I had and more. The program was thoughtfully designed, incredibly thorough, and transformative both personally and professionally. Courtney, the head teacher, is not only deeply knowledgeable and skilled, but also professional, organized, and genuinely welcoming. She creates a supportive and inspiring environment that empowers her students to grow as teachers and individuals. I can’t recommend this school highly enough to anyone seeking to advance their yoga journey.
