Private shuttles are scheduled to run on time, and our providers work carefully to keep their drivers on a tight schedule, knowing that many passengers depend on them for flight connections and other important plans. If a shuttle is ever late, it is almost always due to circumstances outside the driver's control, such as traffic, road closures, or accidents. If you are concerned about timing, please contact us as early as possible so we can check on your ride.
Contact us as soon as possible. A change to your requested pickup time depends on availability; please do not assume the driver can wait or that a missed transfer is refundable.
