Frequently Asked Questions
Plan for 1 large suitcase and 1 small personal item per traveler. Tell us about extra luggage or surfboards when booking so the vehicle can be matched to your group.
Traffic, road conditions, weather, and, where applicable, ferry schedules may change the travel time. Allow a buffer for onward connections.
Private shuttles are scheduled to run on time, and our providers work carefully to keep their drivers on a tight schedule, knowing that many passengers depend on them for flight connections and other important plans. If a shuttle is ever late, it is almost always due to circumstances outside the driver's control, such as traffic, road closures, or accidents. If you are concerned about timing, please contact us as early as possible so we can check on your ride.
Pickup within the listed service area is available at hotels and vacation rentals; Airbnb addresses are assessed case by case. Please provide the exact location when booking.
For private shuttles, your requested pickup time is what will be confirmed, barring any scheduling issues with our provider. If we can't confirm your requested pickup time, you'll have the opportunity to cancel before we confirm your reservation.
For groups of fewer than 12 passengers, you can typically expect a 12-passenger van with air conditioning. Depending on the size of your group and the amount of luggage, the vehicle may vary to accommodate larger groups.
