Good to Know

• Pickup and drop-off are at designated locations; hotels and hostels are generally served. Vacation homes or Airbnbs may be considered case by case with a valid Google Maps location.
• Out-of-zone locations may incur an additional charge, subject to approval before the reservation is confirmed.
• This is a shared shuttle; pickup order and travel time may vary with traffic, weather, road conditions, and other passengers.
• Delays outside the transport provider’s control do not qualify for refunds or discounts; allow enough time for onward flights, boats, tours, or other connections.
• Each passenger may bring 1 suitcase plus 1 personal item; the personal item is a small bag or backpack kept on your lap or at your feet.
• One scheduled 15-minute rest stop about halfway through the ride.
• For LIR pickup, meet at Britt Cafe just outside the airport, to the right of arrivals. Allow 30–120 minutes to clear immigration and customs; book a pickup 60–120 minutes after your scheduled landing and provide flight details for delays or cancellations.
• If traveling with children aged 10 or younger, contact us with their ages.
