• This is a shared shuttle; pickup order and travel time may vary with traffic, weather, road conditions, and other passengers.
• Delays outside the transport provider’s control do not qualify for refunds or discounts; allow enough time for onward flights, boats, tours, or other connections.
• Each passenger may bring 1 suitcase plus 1 personal item; the personal item is a small bag or backpack kept on your lap or at your feet.
• One scheduled 15-minute rest stop about halfway through each leg.
• This product is on request; availability will be confirmed after the order is received.
• Pickup is from most hotels and hostels in Puerto Viejo and Cahuita; drop-off is at most hotels and hostels in Tamarindo, Conchal, Potrero, and Flamingo.
• If traveling with a child aged 10 or younger, contact us with the child’s age.

Additional Costs

• Base fare: $125.52 + 13% tax per passenger.
• Additional charges for pickup or drop-off outside the designated areas apply only with the client’s approval before the reservation is confirmed.
• Extra luggage beyond 1 suitcase and 1 personal item: $20 + 13% tax ($22.60 total) per additional piece.
• Surfboard (maximum 7 feet): $20 + 13% tax ($22.60 total); include its length under special requirements when booking and request provider approval.
