Once your reservation has been fully confirmed and your National Park entrance tickets have been purchased, the portion of your payment covering the park entrance tickets and the guide deposit becomes non-refundable .
Nauyaca Waterfall Tour: The portion of your payment covering the $30 tour deposit becomes non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled tour and is paid directly to the tour provider.
