Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy differs between the two tours included in this package.
Half-Day ATV Waterfall Tour: Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Isla Tortuga Sunset & Bioluminescence Tour: Cancellations made more than 22 days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations made 12–22 days before departure incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 days before departure or no-shows are non-refundable. If the tour is canceled due to weather or operational reasons, guests will receive a full refund.
If you need to adjust your tour dates after booking, our team will always do everything possible to accommodate your request based on availability and each tour provider's policies.
